As a founder of One Security Inc., Spencer is tasked with the development of the strategic, financial, and operational goals of One Security.
Spencer spent five years in the United States Marine Corps, where he completed two combat deployments to the Middle East as an infantry squad leader and scout sniper team leader. As an infantry squad leader, Spencer has led over three hundred combat patrols in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
Spencer left the Marine Corps to spend more time with his family. After his separation, Spencer earned his B.S. in business with a concentration in finance and a minor in computer information technology. He then attended the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business to complete his MBA in business administration with a specialization in finance and securities analysis.
Spencer worked as the Director of Finance for Hawes Group before becoming the president and owner of Titanium Legal Services. In 2021, Spencer sold his shares of Titanium and began working on One Security full-time.
When not at his family farm with his wife and three children, Spencer can be found backpacking through the cascades. He is currently excited to work as an active board member with Cascade Volunteers to train forestry volunteers in the Willamette National Forest.
