As a founder of One Security Inc., Megan is tasked with the strategic, administrative and organizational success of One Security. Megan is currently acting as the DPSST Executive Manager.
Megan is a native Oregonian who graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Psychology, with a focused interest in early-intervention and screening programs for populations at risk for adverse life events. She was involved in several research labs which focused on interviewing and analyzing data from hundreds of local families.
All throughout her professional career Megan has kept a strong foot in her community. Megan worked with several local animal shelters and nonprofits to assist in operations, fundraising, and even acting as an animal foster volunteer. Megan also connected with Mid Valley Literacy Center to work with members who were in need of tutoring and mentoring to meet their education and career goals. She knows that her skills can be used far beyond the business world and into her community. Megan hopes to use her connections to reinforce the positive impact that strong social collectives can have on the long-term health, economic success, and educational opportunities available to at-risk communities.
